Kindly read the following cancellation terms carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Tour Package Cancellation

Cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days before departure.

Cancellation Charges

• 45 Days or More Before Departure
  Booking amount / service charges may be non-refundable.
• 30 – 44 Days Before Departure
  25% of total tour cost will be charged.
• 15 – 29 Days Before Departure
  50% of total tour cost will be charged.
• 7 – 14 Days Before Departure
  75% of total tour cost will be charged.
• Less Than 7 Days / No Show
  100% cancellation charges applicable.

2. Flight Ticket Cancellation

• Flight ticket cancellation charges are subject to airline policies and fare rules.
• Certain promotional or discounted fares may be completely non-refundable.
• Airline convenience fees and service charges may apply.

3. Hotel Cancellation

• Hotel cancellation policies vary depending on the hotel/resort booked.
• Some hotels may charge full retention for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

4. Visa Fees

• Visa fees, embassy charges, appointment charges, and processing fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including visa rejection.

5. Cruise Cancellation

• Cruise bookings follow the cancellation rules of the respective cruise company.
• Certain cruise bookings may attract heavy cancellation penalties.

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after receiving confirmation from airlines, hotels, cruise operators, or other service providers.
• Refund processing time may take 7 to 21 working days depending on banking and supplier procedures.

7. Amendments / Rescheduling

• Date changes or tour amendments are subject to availability and supplier policies.
• Additional charges may apply for modifications in travel dates, flights, hotels, or services.

8. Force Majeure

PrawasScape Journeys shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused due to:

• Natural disasters
• Weather conditions
• Political disturbances
• Pandemic restrictions
• Government regulations
• Airline operational issues

In such cases, refunds will depend entirely on supplier policies.
